This tour is not available for departure on July 27th.
The closest departure date for this tour is July 29th.
If you arrive on the 27th, we can offer you a hotel extension for the 2 nights before the tour begins at the Coast Vancouver Airport.
When you make your reservation online, please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation and we will confirm the pricing of the hotel extension for the dates you need the extension.

The tours will begin on the departure date listed.
However, tour departure is not confirmed until 2-3 business days after you make your reservation online.
Please make your reservation online in the orange "Easy Book" section of the tour webpage and we will be able to confirm your departure.

Q: For the tour that finishes July 17 2012,what time will this tour now end? I believe the Coor's Brewery tour is now not possible. We need to catch a plane back to San Francisco that departs for Australia at 9 45 pm July 17 I think this would be fine if we were able to have an airport transfer around lunch time. Please arrange flight departing from Denver after 3:30pm.
As long as your flight is after 3:30pm, we will offer transfer service to the Denver airport at the end of the half-day tour on the last day of this 7-day tour.
If you need complimentary airport drop off, please leave a message 9 days in advance, otherwise, you need to pay for it.
When you make your reservation online, please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you will need airport drop-off at the end of the tour.

In addition, this tour only offers drop-off service at the New York City airports.
If the tour offers airport shuttle services, we will provide the drop-off service in Boston airport at the end of the tour.

Yellowstone tours are not available in the Winter, as the road conditions in Winter do not allow buses to pass.
If you would like to visit Yellowstone, you will need to make your travel plans prior to October 3rd.

Q: Hi! I have a question about the itinerary and it is: I am going with a friend to Las Vegas in August and we would like to make this tour but starting from Las Vegas. How does it work? Could we arrive on a Friday and start right away the tour? I mean, going on the same day to Grand Canyon? Or can we only go in the next day? Because I read that: 1 day - Las Vegas 2 day - Grand Canyon 3 day - To Los Angeles The first day, how does it work if we are in Las Vegas, does it make part to the tour or is it a free day, and the real tour starts on the 2nd day? 1. If you will like to join the tour in Las Vegas you will join at :- Customer Service Rep.01:30PMFlamingo Hotel Group Lobby, 3555 Las Vegas Blvd S Las Vegas, NV 89109
2. This tour departs on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The Itinerary may change, you might stay in the West Grand Canyon
the first night and stay in Las Vegas the second night or vice versa.
3. If you are already in Las Vegas; your tour does not start until you are picked up.
The tour will then depart to the West Grand Canyon or it will stay in Las Vegas and you may take the optional Night Tour for $25.00.
