Q: When on a tour if you don't want to do one of the tours on the itinerary, eg Empire state building tour, what happens? Do we just meet them back at at certain time? THANKS

If you choose to opt out of the optional tours, you will be given free time in the area to walk around and take photos or to have some resting time while on tour.
The tour guide will give you the time to return to the bus for the next stop on tour.

Q: My family have a reservation for this tour. The first day of the itinerary is NY city tour. It includes some interesting optional tours. But our tour is on holiday season. The tours' points will be very crouded.So I don't think we can enjoy the optional tours comfortably to the full. And we will stay in NY one more week after we end this bus tour.So I think we had better pass the optional tours and visit these points by ourselves. Even during busy season, our tour guides will be able to get to the sightseeing locations, as we are a tour group.
However, if you would like to opt out of the optional tours in New York, you will be given time to walk around the area for photo opportunities or this will allow you to have time to rest during the tour.
In addition, you can choose to visit some of the less-crowded places for the optional tours and opt out of the places that are over-crowded when you arrive.

The hotels used on tour are 3-3.5 star hotel accommodations.
If you make the reservation for 2 people online, then two people will share the hotel room while on tour.
However, the maximum in any room reservation is 4 people per room.

No, there is not a discount if you decide to opt out of the hotel accommodations that are included in this tour package price.
In addition, you will need to be with your tour group each morning in the hotel lobby used on tour to begin the touring activities for the day.
We suggest that you stay at the hotels that are used on tour, as you will then be with the tour group for the morning departures.

Q: Before the trip I will reserve with you also the Hotel in Flushing Howard Johnson, when the trip finish in Friday, can the Hotel help me calling for a taxi to take me to manhattan.
