Do we need to book our hotel extension at the same time that we book the tour?
If not necessary, is there an additional fee or penalty if we book the hotel extension after we've booked the tour?
No, you don't need to book the tour and hotel extension at the same time. You can book the hotel extension later and there's no additional fees or penalty if you book the hotel extension after.
Hi,,,
Is breakfast included in any of the hotels (included upgrade hotels in Los Angeles)
Does the total amount price include hotel fees?
On rainy days, is the theme park admissions refunded and cancelled?
Thank You,
Breakfast is not included in any of the hotels including the hotel upgrades in Los Angeles. The total amount includes 7 nights hotel accomodations, professional tour coach bus, professional tour guide , and complimentary SFO airport pick-up (8:00am-10:00pm) and LAX drop-off. Refunds will be considered for theme park cancellations due to severe weather.
If view both of the itineraries you will realize that both Day 2 and Day 3 are different :
Day 2 tour# 82-3044 : New York City (Full Day) , and you will stay the night in New York . tour# 46-147 : New York City tour & travel to Philadelphia that same day, you will spend the night in Philadelphia
Day 3 tour # 82-3044: New York - Philadelphia - Washington D.C. : Depart from NY in the morning visit Philadelphia & Washington D.C. tour , you will spend the night in Washington D.C tour # 46-147 : Phildelphia - Washington D.C : visit Philadelphia & Washington D.C tour , you will spend the night in Washington D.C
The main difference amongst these two tours is pick up locations and times and hotel accomodations. Also, if you're arriving before your tour start/departure date , tour #82-3044 does not offer pre-tour airport transfer whereas tour #46-147 does.

Hi, I have a question about that : "*No-shows will be assessed a $100 fee per passenger, that is to be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation." I don't get what no-shows are. Can you explain? Is that $100 fee mandatory? Thanks!
"No-shows" refers to passengers that do not show up on the date of the tour without prior cancellation or notice. The $100 fee is applicable and mandatory of customers who do not show up their scheduled tour only.

Hi, I'm interested. I'm wondering what that is :
-Admission, 2 Meals & Wagon ride: $89/person (This must be paid on tour)
Is it mandatory? Which meals are we talking about? What is the wagon ride?
Thanks!
Hi Marie: Yes, the 2 meals & Wagon ride of $89/person is mandatory. This admission is charged by the Native American Reservation that owns and operates the West Rim of the Grand Canyon.
The 1st meal is on 1st day- BBQ Ribs dinner will be served in the Ranch in Grand Canyon.
The 2nd meal is breakfast on the 2nd day in the Grand Canyon.
The wagon ride is at the entrance of the Grand Canyon and takes you to the reservation.
Please check with your own state embassy for visa requirment.
This is a independent tour and there will not be a tour guide for the trip. The tour's details and activities per day are given to you in a pamphlet and you decide what you would like to do each day.
Hi! I am extemely interested into that tour. Could it be possible to start it from Las Vegas, and get out in Los Angeles? The trip would begin on the 1st of July. Thank you very much for your answer! :)
Yes, you can start this tour from Las Vegas and end in Los Angeles. For customers departing from Las Vegas, you cannot visit Chocolate Factory and Cactus Garden because we will directly leave for Los Angeles from Grand Canyon West.
Hi, I've reviewed your itinerary and FAQ and have 2 questions
1. Tickets for Maid of the Mist, IMAX etc are excluded from the tour pricing. How do we buy these tickets?
Does the tour guide have tickets and we buy it from him? Or should we buy these tickets ourselves? Are there long queues in case we need to buy tickets on the spot
2. We are planning to take the tour from NYC on Tue May 15. Are Tue departures guaranteed or is there a risk of cancellation?
Thanks
-Vijay
Yes you are allowed to bring your own food but since we cannot guarantee refrigeration while on tour. We advise our travelers to please bring non-perishable food items. For this tour children are ages 2-9 yrs old and adults 10 yrs old and above. Please note that since your child is a non-paying child this means they do not have their own personal seat. Please refer to the following link for more information on what is included and excluded with this tour : https://www.tours4fun.com/1-day-washington-dc-cherry-blossom-tour-with-cruise-ride.html#includes

Hello!
Is this tour popular as the other 3-day tours like 5-233 or that one that costs $99? Is it booked by young people or the older ones prefer it? The thing is that I want to book this tour but I'm afraid that there will be only the elder people. And as I'm travelling alone, I would like to find a travel companion during this tour. What will you advise?
Thank you!
Our travelers range from very young children to senior citizens, our travelers are not solely from one specific age group but a variation of all. As stated before , the difference from those two tours is that 5-233 is conducted bilingually in English & Chinese whereas this tour 123-4831 is conducted in only English. This tour might be beneficial if you only speak English.
