Q: Hi, My Family will take this Tour starting 22 OCT 2012. 1) We are worried seeing your notification that the tour will operate given the minimum number of Tourist for the trip. What is the probability of the tour making "NO START" at all. in such case will you allocate us an alternate trip on the same travel dates. How does it work out pl. 2) On our return to NY on 24 WED evening , is there a scope of getting dropped close to Penn station as I will have to board an AMTRAK service the next day from Penn. Thanks and Cheers.

1. During the winter season, there are less departure dates available simply because less people choose to travel. If this tour is not available on your chosen date, we will try best to arrange another tour with a similar itinerary. Tour can usually be reconfirmed within one week prior to departure date.2.We only drop off at Chinatown Manhattan when tour ends. Please check with tour guide or driver on day of tour if you can be dropped off at a different location. However that is not guaranteed.

1. Admission to Yosemite National Park is included in tour package.2. Yes, meal stops will be arranged on tour. We often have lunch and dinner in fast food restaurants, food courts, buffet restaurants or Asian dining restaurants. Lunch time will be shorter than dinner. Time for lunch and dinner varies from 45 minutes to 1 hour or longer, depending on where we stay for the meal, the arrangements are made by the tour guide.3. Bus drop-off locations are the same as pick-up locations. Return time back to LA on last day is around 7:00-7:30pm.

Yes, by clicking on" Self Dismiss in LV" you will not join the group back to San Francisco and still can stay in Las Vegas hotel on Day 3 and check out on Day 4 by 11:30am.

If you select the tour on May 26th, you will be picked up in Las Vegas and taken to Grand Canyon overnight.
On the second day of the tour, you will have a full day of touring in Grand Canyon and will return to LV at night.
Your hotel accommodation for the second night is included in the tour price.
On day 3, you will need to check out of the hotel by 11am and then you are free for the day, as the bus will be returning to LA.

At the end of this tour, we will provide drop off service at any of the 3 major airports in the New York area.
You will then be free to rent a car at the airport.
The approximate time the tour will reach the airports is between 5-6pm, depending on weather and traffic conditions on the last day of the tour.

You can choose the same drop-off location that you choose as your pickup location.
