Q: hello everybody, Me and my girlfriend would like to join this tour on 23 of june and we would like to ask couple of questions. Is it possible to skip some optional tour? like liberty city cruise for example?. if we skip an optional tour, we could have the transfer from the hotel to the center of the city? for example:the hotel is located outside new york, we do not want to visit the empire state, could we stay around new york by ourselves? There is a meeting point to reach in a certain time? After we book the tour, will we receive all details of the tour, like times and excursions? what time we will arrive to new york at the first day of the trip? Yes, the optional tours are always strictly optional.
If you opt out of some of the optional tours, you will have free time to roam the area while the guide is on the optional excursion with the tour group.
No, you will not have transportation during the optional tours.
It will only provide you free time in the area surrounding that optional excursion.
We do not provide timed itineraries, as the timing of each tour departure varies based on the timing of the tour and weather and traffic conditions on the day of the tour.

The maximum amount of people in any hotel room used on tour is 3 for this European tour.
If you have a total of 4 in your family, you will have to book 2 hotel rooms for the tour.

Visa assistance is not included in any of our tours.
However, you can use the tour itinerary to provide for visa approval.
The hotel accommodation is included in the tour.
Airfare is not included but you will have the option to add it to your tour when making your reservation, as long as the flight is departing the US.

Q: We're going to stay in San Francisco a couple of days and I found this great tour that seems to suit us perfect! My question is that we haven't decided where to stay yet, so I wonder if I have to a pick up location now when booking this tour? We highly suggest you make your hotel arrangements prior to booking the tour, as you should know your confirmed pickup location when booking.

Yes, you can meet at anytime on the first day of the tour before 9:30pm.
The pickup location for guests who do not have flights on the first day of the tour is in the domestic area, Terminal 5.
