Q: Dear Concern, I am Divya Harshini from India - Two of us are planning this travel and my travel dates are 30th Sep to 3rd Oct (4 day package). I will be arriving late in the night (On 30th Sep) at Calgary international airport and want to take rest and directly start with Day-2 as per your plan on 1st Oct. 1) Till what time will I get the free shuttle service from the international airport on 30th Sep? My flight from LAX reaches around 10 PM 2) What is the start (Departure) time on DAY-2 plan? In my case, DAY-2 is 1st Oct. 3) Am okay in getting dropped in Calgary airport after 9:30 PM on Day-4. In my case, Day-4 us 3rd Oct 4) What is the mode of transportation used for the local transport during the package duration? Q: Hi, I am planning to buy the Swiss travel pass for 8 consecutive days for me and my wife and the complimentary pass for our children (aged 9 and 11). However, I have a couple of issues: 1. Adding 2 kids to the order increases the price by an amount equal to that of adults rather than consider it complimentary 2. When I choose the 8 day pass, the validity in the description still shows only 3 days (for example, if you select 1 September as the start date, it shows 3 September as the end date irrespective of the number of days of travel chosen). Q: If I am ending the tour in Los Angeles, which are the drop off locations? When I choose Line A, Upper Antelope Canyon Tickets of USD78 is automatically included in the cart. However, your itinerary says that all mandatory fees are to be paid in cash to the tour guide and there is also mandatory fees of USD78 (Adult) and USD68 (Child 7-11) indicated on Day 3 of your itinerary. Q: I have a question relating to the trips to Niagara Falls starting from Washington DC and NY. It seems that the itinerary from NY is longer than the one from the DC however the cost for trip starting from NY is haft of the cost for trip from the DC. Could you clarify why and what the difference between those trips and what make that cost from NY lower than from the DC.
