Q: I am from the Philippines. My sisters and I are planning to have East and West coast tours on October. I am interested in your tour code 46-147 (6-days East Coast) and tour code 2-131 (10 days West Code). before the start of the tour, we will be coming from other states and will travel to NYC and LA by land, hence we will not require to be met at the airport. Questions: 1. Will this entitle us to a discount? 2. Can we avail of the services of the hotel on the 1st day (per itinerary)? 3. Would you advise us to book the tour NOW? If so, shall we be entitled to a discount? 4. There will be three (3) of us.... but require 1 room only 5. How much is the total cost of the tour? 6. WE don't understand chinese so can we request that we be grouped with English speaking tourists only? THANK YOU.

The 3rd guest joins the tour for FREE on share room basis for tours departing on/before 12/31/2012. You can choose 3 people stay in one room. We will provide two full size double beds room for three people.2. First night hotel is subject to final confirmation. Please write your request in comment section if you wish to self transfer. We will confirm you detailed first night hotel information.3. Please make a reservation as soon your travel dates are set. Then we can secure your seats. Currently we still have seats available for both tours in October.4. You can simply select your departure date and room arrangement through our EASY BOOK section on our website. Then you will get a quotation.5. Both tours you inquired are bilingual tour which will be conducted in both English and Chinese. We have some other tours which are conducted in English only and include similar attractions compared with the tour you booked but prices are different.

Basically for this tour we offer pick-up service from Midtown Manhattan hotel between 23rd St and 74th St.

Unfortunately the itinerary is set and we are unable to orginize the visit to 1000 islands in this trip.
The super value tour and budget tour are basically the same and the slight difference lies in the pickup location. Default hotels for these 2 tours are different, the quality for this 2 tours is the same though.

The luggage allowance for this tour is 2 medium suitcases for each person.
Tour guide will pick you up from your selected pickup location and we advise you to arrive around 5 to 10 minutes earlier to standby and wait for guide to ensure a smooth transfer.
If you are concerned about missing the pickup, you can call us one day before the tour starting to get guide information.
