Q: Hi. It's still tentative if my mother in law will join us for this trip that i'm booking for 3 person. Can she join us later if she decided to come at last minute. Am i paying the 4 person in a room? How far is LAX hotel to China town where the pick up location????

If you book for 3 people in the room, only 3 people will be in the room.
If you book for only 2 people and later want to add your mother-in-law, there will be a $30.00 amendment fee to change your reservation and it will depend on seat availability on the tour.

Since your flight is at 21:30pm, it will not be late enough to confirm that you will be able to make it to your flight on time.

Yes, the tour will go to Washington DC first.
You would be able to join the tour on night 1 of the tour, as the tour stays in the DC area.
f departing on Monday or Wednesday, the itinerary order should be as follow:
Day1 New York - Philadelphia - Washington D.C.
Day2 Washington D.C. - Corning - Niagara Falls
Day3 Niagara Falls - Thousand Islands (Apr - Oct) - New York
Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you would like to start the tour in DC and we will confirm that for you while processing your reservation.

We will arrange pick up from JFK airport on day one. Please use the shuttle service provided by hotel to get to and from airport.
Yes, a drop off can be arranged to JFK after tour ends.
Meals are not included in the total tour package price and will have to be paid for through the course of the tour. Breakfast is not included but you will always have the option to eat at the hotel before you depart for the tour. Please note that you will be responsible for those charges before hotel checkout.
Meal breaks will be arranged at hotels, various ethnic restaurants, such as International Restaurants, food courts and fast food restaurants. There should be vegetarian food for you to choose from the menus.
