Q: 1.Hi, if my family of 5 (4 adults 1 child) were to arrive at JFK on Oct 23 2012@1340 would the FOC airport transfer be applicable, to take us to any of your downtown NYC hotel (with prior-to-tour scheduled for Oct 24 2012 by 1 day extension) instead of to a hotel in the vicinity of the airport 2. Where would the nearest pickup point be for us to join the group on Day2 (City Tour) 3. #of baggage allowed per person on the tour 4.Is booking for 4 in 1 room allowed for this group? Thank you

Unfortunately, we do not have this tour avaiable on Oct 23rd
We have this tour on Oct 24th.
We offered free pick up at JFK, LGA and EWR airports.
If you come 1 day prior to your tour, you have to self transfer either to the first night hotel or meet your tour at one of the airport.
Pickup point would depends on which airport you will arrived.
We allowed 1 stored luggage and 1 carry on for this tour.
Yes, this tour allowed 4 people in 1 room.
We offered standard room with 2 full size bed.

This package included 5 night hotel accommodation.
We offered airport pickup on the first day of the tour at JFK, LGA and EWR.
You can choose hotel depends on which airport you will arrive.

We do not have a list of the hotels we contract with because it can vary with reservations.
We confirm hotels after a reservation has been made.

You will have time to watch a show on day 6.

However, the hotel in the DC area is usually Best Western.
