Q: Please clarify cancellation policy. Cancellation Policy - 23 days prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost - 24-29 days prior to departure date: 25% of tour cost - 30 or more days prior to departure date: 10% of tour cost Only cancelling 23 days prior to departure is 100% refundable. It appears that cancelling prior to 23 days to departure you incur cost. This appears to be totally backwards with normal provisions. Pending clarification, we may book now?
