As stated on the tour webpage, you can schedule flights to depart from Boston (BOS) after 1:30pm.
We always suggest you make your flight after 1:30pm because unforeseen weather or traffic delays can delay the arrival time to the airport.
If you schedule your flight before the suggested time, we cannot be held responsible if you miss your flight.

Q: Hi, I'd like to make a reservation of this tour with my friends(we are 3, so the one person is free -buy 2 get 1 free-)but I wanna ask somethings.. 1. I'd like to enjoy 'Cave of the winds' but cave of winds is only available if there is enough time.. If it is available, how much is the fee? I found the fee is $11.. is it right? 2. I saw that "No-shows will be assessed a $70 fee per passenger, that is to be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation." on the "Pricing" What is the shows and $70? Do we have to pay more fee for 'the show when we have a free passenger'? (If 3 people make a reservation, we just pay $313.12..) 3. When I get to the Niagara Falls on Friday night, can I see the fireworks that is supposed to be on every Friday night)? 4. When I have meals provided from guide, do I have to pay for them to gueid? 5. You said that I just pay the fee of attractions to guide when I want to enjoy them but can I buy some ticket of attractions before I go to the Niagara? I found the some promotion admission tickets and I'd like to buy them.. Is it possible? 6. If it is available, there is a fee.
We cannot confirm the fee amount because it varies to local tour providers.
Typically the Cave of the Winds is substituted for the Maid of the Mist during the winter season.
The no show fee applies only if your third free-fare passenger does not go on tour without any notification to cancel them off of the tour.
The additional passengers on tour must pay the "no-show" fee to cover the costs accrued by the free-fare passenger.
Even though we offer a "buy 2, get 1 free" promotion, it is as a courtesy to our customers.
There is always transportation and lodging costs associated with having another passenger.
You will have the opportunity to see Niagara Falls at night, weather permitting.
There are no meals provided by the tour guide.
The tour guide can arrange a meal for you, but it is payable to the tour guide.
Typically the tour makes stops at various food courts where passengers will have the option of choosing their own meals.
Unfortunately you cannot purchase tickets in advanced for the attractions.
The tour guide already has the tickets available for all passengers, so they are payable to the tour guide.
No third party admission tickets are eligible on this tour.
It is possible to have two different pick-up locations.
When you are making your reservation online, you will have to specify one pick-up location.
There is a comment box right before you submit your reservation where you can note the name of the passenger who will need the pick-up at Flushing, NY.

2012-08-12 14:50:29 Hi Shai, Yes there is plenty of opportunity to track (hike) in Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon. We provide all camping equipment including tents and sleeping bags and there are showers, swimming pools and hot tubs at both campgrounds free of charge.
