I would be glad to assist you with this inquiry. However, this particular tour does not include a night view of Niagara Falls. There is another tour package that does include the night view, but it does not include Thousand Islands:

I would be glad to assist you with this inquiry. This Niagara Power Pass is good for attractions on both the U.S. and the Canadian side. But if you do not want to go to the Canadian side, you can still use the pass for all listed attractions on the U.S. side. There is no need for a passport on the U.S. side. I would be glad to assist you with this inquiry. The total travelling hours on the bus varies by location. But they do give you an early wake up call in the morning so that most of the driving is done in the morning so you can spend all afternoon at the destination.
In regards to Horseshoe Falls, there is the Maid of the Mist boat ride (optional tour) that you can take which will give you a good view of the Horseshoe Falls.
