Q: I am from Singapore and will only be in USA on 3rd Dec 2012.. Will like to join this tour package very much.. Wonder if you can add another travel date? Because I saw the next date is on 15th dec which I will need to be at New York already.. :( I don't mind to pay extra for the package if can create another date for me.. Please advise.. Thank you so much..

Q: My trip dates are from 8-Nov-12 to 12-Nov-2012. I will reach there on 8-Nov-12 by 7am .Your tour details has 5days hotel accomodation.So,will I get the hotel accomodation in the morning itself or wil I have to wait till the check in time(3pm).Also, as we will be reaching by 7am in the morning on the first day of the tour and the tour starts at 6.30am, so will have to skip the first day of the tour. The first day of the tour is for transfer services only. There are no planned tour activities for the first day of the tour.
Upon arrival on the first day, you will be transferred to the first night's hotel for the tour.
Since you arrive early in the morning, please ask your tour guide about storing your luggage at the hotel for the day.
This will allow you to roam the area and have free time until hotel check-in begins at 3pm.
On the morning of day 2, the departure will be at 6:30am and the tour guide will pick you up at your hotel location for departure.
Therefore, we suggest booking your tour for November 8th, the day you arrive, as you will then not miss any of the touring activities.

This tour does not currently offer pickup at the Crowne Plaza Fullerton.
However, we do offer pickup at the following close-by hotel in Fullerton:
Howard Johnson Hotel & Conference Center - 222 W. Houston, Fullerton, CA, (714) 992-1700
You would have to transfer to this hotel location for pickup service or change your hotel accommodations to stay at the Howard Johnson.
Please review the following schedule for pickup from the Anaheim area and transfer to LA:
From Anaheim to Los Angeles:
Depart at 1:30 pm and arrive at 2:30 pm
Depart at 8:15 pm and arrive at 9:15 pm
We suggest taking the earlier shuttle on 10/26 to ensure adequate timing to catch your flight.

The guide will wait for you at the baggage claim area of your flight terminal, based on the flight details you provide us after your tour is confirmed for departure.
The guide will be wearing a shirt with the logo of the local tour provider's business name.
In addition, the guide will have a list of all passengers for pickup and will call out guests names, if the guide is unable to locate the guests.

Yes, that is correct!
After you are transferred to the first nights' hotel for the tour, the tour guide will confirm the meeting time in the hotel lobby for day 2 departure.
The departure for this tour on day 2 will also be listed on your e-ticket, which is usually 7:00am for this tour.
