Q: Hi! We were on this tour starting with 25th of september!It was a wonderful tour , we enjoyed it really much!But we have a problem.We had a room at Fairfiels Inn & Suites Los Angeles West Covina and when we cheked in, they took from my card like 40 $ as a deposit .I didn't receive these money back until this moment.Why?? Thank you!

The hotels should not have required a credit card deposit from our customers.
If the Fairfield Inn took a deposit, it may have been for extra services you may have ordered or requested during your stay at the hotel.

We are not certain why the system is showing that amount for the tour, as that is not the total we come up with .
The tour pricing does vary based on tour date selection; however, it should not vary as much as you are stating is showing.
The total cost of the tour for 4 passengers is $2291.00.
This total includes the following amount for the 3rd passenger:
*The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *admission fee) on share room basis.*Prices listed have NOT been adjusted, when you click "Calculate" or "Book" button, the system will auto-calculate the discounted price.
*admission fee = $206.00 ( Admission to Disneyland, Universal Studios and Los Angeles hotel)

Yes, this tour takes the weather into account before departing for each departure date.
If there is extreme weather that will not allow the bus to pass through the listed cities in the tour itinerary, under certain circumstances the tour can be cancelled.
If the snowfall is light, the tour will usually go forward.
However, the tour buses are not equipped with snow chains, and therefore, will be unable to go forward with heavy snowfall.
At all times, we highly recommend travel insurance to our guest to cover any emergencies that may occur.
However, this time of year in the U.S., we even more so stress the importance of insurance.
