Nosotros generalmente volverá al barrio chino durante 7:00pm-7:30pm y Flushing durante 8:00pm-8:30pm, pero puede haber un retraso de 30-45 min causado por algunas circunstancias especiales, como condición de mal tiempo, atasco de tráfico, etc..

Thank you for your inquiry.Yes, this tour is family-oriented and appropriate for most ages. In general, this tour is not strenuous. Some tours will involve 3 flights of stairs on and off the helicopter; however, that is as strenuous as this tour gets. However, it varies from person to person and each child’s attention span will differ.
For older customers, please make sure you are in good health before flying. If you have any health problems we should be aware of, please leave a note in the comments section of your online reservation so we can make sure your tour guide is aware of your situation.
Parents know their children better than anyone and whether they will be able to enjoy the tour or if they will become easily distracted. Please keep that in mind when deciding whether this tour is appropriate for your child.

Thank you for your inquiry.Flights are occasionally cancelled due to inclement weather, such as, high winds, low clouds, rain, or snow. However, we try to remain up-to-date about weather changes in the area and notify customers as far in advance as possible if their tour is cancelled.
Also, customers who have their tours cancelled due to weather issues will be offered a reschedule for their tour, either later the same day or a different day.
If we are unable to accommodate you because the bad weather persists, we will offer a full refund for your reservation cost.

Thank you for your inquiry.For Las Vegas Grand Canyon tours, we offer pickup and drop-off service at most major hotels on the strip, between the Stratosphere and Mandalay Bay. We also offer pickup service for these tours in the Downtown Las Vegas area.
If we do not offer pickup service at your hotel location, it is likely we offer pickup service at a nearby location.
Please note your hotel location in the comment section of your online reservation and we will confirm the closest pickup location and time while processing your order.
If you are joining a tour that departs the South Rim, we do not currently offer pickup service in that area, as the airport is usually within 10 minutes driving time. We recommend using a taxi service, which is offered 24 hours a day in the area.

Thank you for your inquiry.All passengers must have a government issued valid photo identification card, such as a state driver’s license, or a passport for check-in service at the airport.
We highly recommend all passengers bring or purchase a bottle of water to bring with them while on tour. Most people that are not used to the desert region will need additional water, as the weather is drier than most are used to.
