The hotel used for this tour package is usually the Double Tree by Hilton, Crowne Plaza, Renaissance or Similar.For Washington D.C is usually the Marriott Gaithersburg or Similar.

Currently this tour will only offer transfers in from Orlando International Airport (MCO) In order to join the tour, you will need to meet the tour guide at the airport, or arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel confirmed for the package which is usually located in Lake Buena Vista, FL.On the last day of the tour, you can take any flight between 8:30am and 10:29pm. Transfers out to the airport will be provided on the last day of the tour.

The hotel included in this package will only accommodate up to 4 guest's including children, so you will need to book 2 rooms.
In the Easy book section please select 2 rooms, and for the Buy 2 Get 2 discount to calculate, you will put 4 guests in the 1st room (it will automatically discount the 2 extra people) and put 1 guest in the 2nd room.For a more accurate quote, you will need to select your desired travel date in the Easy Book section, under "Start Date".

The Cave of the Winds visit will usually be available on this tour except for departures on Oct 1 to Oct 24.The falls is the main highlight of the tour and will be viewable from most all viewing points in the US side.
