2 passengers travelling to USA January 2014, thinking of taking the three day tour which includes Niagara Falls: 1. Is there a tour to niagara at this time of the year? (It is the only time can travel as it is summer time in Australia) 1. Will they still be able to go on the mist at that time? 2. If not will they still need to pay $15.50 for the observation deck ? Or do they need to go on the observation deck if the are unable to go the 'maid of the mist' 3. What are the days you operate for 2014 January ? Thank you.

Currently, We have not got the canadian visa. if we could not get the canadian visa but we already booked the tour, is it possible for us to change the tour to tour in US? Thanks you

This tour is available from May 8-14.

Yes, it is possible to change your tour but you will be assessed cancellation/ change fees:

1. 32 or more Days Prior to Departure Dates, 10% Reservation cost;

2. 17-31 Days Prior to Departure Date, 25% Reservation Cost;

3. 10-16 Days Prior to Departure Date, 50% Reservation Cost;

4. 8-9 Days Prior to Departure Date, 75% Reservation Cost;

5. 7 Days Prior to Departure Date, 100% Reservation Cost

We usually get back to Chinatown during 7:00pm-7:30pm & Flushing during 8:00pm-8:30pm, but there may be 30-45min delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc.

hi , if i get this tour for the one starts on 27th of july saturday , i guess on that day we are free to travel in LA , so the tour actually will start on sunday morning ? so my question is i want to come to LA really early on saturday morning and leave my stuff to hotel and travel in LA all saturday but where is the hotel ? i won't rent a car for just that day and can i walk or how is public transportation from hotel ? thank you

Hi rain:

We will provide you with the confirmed hotel information for your first night on tour upon confirming your reservation.

Check-in is at 3:00PM but can be earlier depending on room availability at the hotel.

Public transportation is available provided by Metro bus and train.

The Front Desk can also assist with taxi if necessary.

You can choose to arrange your own transportation to the hotel, or you can request for a transfer in from LAX anytime between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm on the first day of the tour.
