Do you have an equivalent of tours numbers 82-4587 or 82-4590 that start in May 2014? I plan to combine another Denver tour with something similar to 82-4587 or 82-4590 then. Will you help with all the airport-hotel transfers in-between and accommodation where necessary?
Dear Ramesh,
Thank you for your inquiry. The 2 tours with codes 82-4587 and 82-4590 will likely have departures in May, but the new prices and available dates will not likely be available for booking online until January 2014. To allow us to notify you as soon as the tours' dates come available for booking, please follow the links below and provide us with your contact information.

I plan to take tour code 2-120 sometime in Apr 14.
By when can i find updates about new tours in 2014?
I ask because i would like to club tour # 2-120 with something that starts as soon as this one ends. I am being quite selective because I have already done your tours in 2011, 12 and 13. So, if one tour ends in a particular city and the new one starts in a new city, will you help me with transport and accommodation between these two?
Dear Customer,
You are able to select from the calendar on the tour's page April 2014 by changing the year to "2014" and viewing the available dates: https://www.tours4fun.com/7-day-mt-rushmore-and-yellowstone--airtour-package.html
We are unable to arrange your transportation to selected locations for the different tours as you would need to arrange this detail on your own to join each tour on time, but if you let us know the type of sightseeing you want to do after this tour, we will do our best to find a package that you can transition into after the Yellowstone tour.
Best Regards,
Talia

Hi,I am thinking of taking this tour for this month. I have some questions. 1. what happens if the tour gets cancel because of bad weather(e.g. snow). (2)for the winter months, does this tour cover shenandoah cavern as stated above. Thanks.
Dear Customer,
Should the tour be cancelled by the local provider due to weather circumstances, we will notify you accordingly and provide options at that time for re-scheduling, as well as information regarding a possible refund.
This tour will still visit Shenandoah Cavern during the Winter Months.
Please Note: Local tour provider reserves the right to make modifications to tour arrangements including order of tour activities, hotel and its location if deemed necessary.

And one more question!
I read itinerary part carefully, but not sure whether I can finish my tour at Las Vegas - Day6. And if it can be, wonder if there is any discount I can get. Thank you
Dear Boyeong,
We can arrange for you to end in Las Vegas if you simply place a request to end the tour in Las Vegas in the comments section when placing your order online. We will not be able to revise the price if you choose to leave the tour early. The package price for a single traveler will only be $595.00 for its non Holiday departures. You may be able to get a lower price if you are able to find a travel companion to book with you. For more information on our travel companion online feature, please follow the links below:

Hello:) I want to ask several question before my final decision!
Day1. As I arrive by greyhound, I takes additional time for me to go LAX. Can pick up from LAX be changed?
- I can go by myself and meet guide at specific time.:)?
Day2.
Can we have free time to roam around the city within given time?
After I book, can I know detail time information, where and when we will arrive and know how much free time we have?
Day4. Yosemite National Park
-where do we go? What points or scene can we see from below?
:Glacier point/ Wash burn point/ Yosemite Valley / they say yes to El Capitan?
I've never been to Yosemite, so is all the scene able to see by walking with limited time?
Day6. Grand Canyon
-Where do we able to go from the list below?
Yavapai Point/ Desert View point/ Imperial point
And are we able to go any souvenir shop?
Thank you:)
Dear Boyeoung,
Thank you for your inquiry.
The tour currently only offers transfers from LAX on the first day. The other option to join is for travelers to go directly to the hotel booked for the first night (Holiday Inn La Mirada, or Howard Johnson Fullerton) Please note that the order of the tour is variable where on Day 2, the group might start heading to towards San Francisco, or Las Vegas depending on how the schedule is arranged upon confirmation of your reservation. You will have free time to sight see at most of the major highlight locations you visit. Most of the sightseeing done on this tour will be as a group with a guide. The free time given for travelers will vary from 5-10 minutes to 45-minutes to an hour depending on the locations. The tour will always endeavor to visit Yosemite as long as the weather permits and you can view most of the points and the El Capitan during the tour as you will get about 2 hours sightseeing at Yosemite. You will get the chance to view the Canyon from the Yavapai point as this is right in the vicinity of the Grand Canyon Visitor Center, but the Desert View point and Point Imperial will not be covered by the tour due to their distance from the Grand Canyon Visitor Center. The tour package will offer plenty of time to show for souvenirs when you're at the South Rim.

Steve

Could you please confirm what "soft luggage" is? We are travelling for a few weeks in California and will have suitcases. Do you have somewhere to store luggage if we are unable to take them with us on the tour? Thank you
Dear Melanie,
Luggage on tours by van is limited to one bag of soft material, no hard plastic material, 21 x 12 x 12 inches and a maximum of 22 pounds (10kgs) per person.
The bus will have a luggage compartment where guests can store their luggage.
