Q: I am interested in this tour that will leave on may 16, 2014 but I wanted to start my tour in Las Vegas and end in Las Vegas so this will be from May 16 thru May 22 ? Can you please confirm? And will this include the hotel accomodations on the 21st in Las Vegas?

Please meet your tour guide at Circus Circus Hotel(Near elevator on the second floor)at 3:00pm (2880 S. LAS VEGAS BLVD, LAS VEGAS, NV 89109). 2. Or you can join the tour at the Las Vegas Buffet between 12:00pm-2:00pm (4300 E. Sunset Rd., C - 1, Henderson, NV 89014). If you would like to end in Las Vegas, please leave your request in the comment section when making a reservation. We will then be able to confirm the order of the itinerary on your desired departure date. Please try to arrive before 3:30pm (it is the same time limit for the three airports) and speak with the tour guide regarding the night tour if you wish to take it. 2014-02-07 07:18:00 Dear Johanna, If you would like to book the hotel around LA area which is the same as which is included in this package, we can drop you off to the hotel extension if you book it with us. If you would like to book other hotels such as the one near LAX airport, we cannot drop you off to the hotel directly even if you book it with us. But most of the hotels near LAX will offer free shuttles from/to LAX. Should you decide to book the same hotel used for the package for your post tour extension, you will have to arrange your own transportation to the airport come your departure date, as the transfers included in the package will only be offered on the last day of the tour. The cost of the hotel extension will depend on which hotel you will stay around LA area. And the airport drop off service is only available on the last day of the tour. You need to arrange your own transfer if you leave one day after the tour ends. Please Note: Tour Code # 46-2966 has a full day in New York on the itinerary compared to Tour Code # 46-147 which has the New York City Tour Split with Philadelphia in the same day. If you book this tour, you are expected to follow the tour schedule along with the other guests on the tour. We do not pick up guests from a different departure date in the middle of the tour. If you wish to stay extra night in San Francisco, you can choose to end the tour in San Francisco but you will need to arrange your own transportation back to Los Angeles and will have to arrange your own extra night hotel accommodation in San Francisco, since normally our contract hotels are not located in a convenient downtown area. Please Note: If you choose to end in San Francisco, you will opt out Yosemite itinerary and the tour cost will remain the same.
