I am interested in the Spectacular Spain with Barcelona tour in May. A couple of questions:

Maximum number of travelers per departure is 44. The tour is moderately paced, and will allow for plently of free time for sightseeing at the different locations visited. The tour is a higher quality tour offering accommodations at first class hotels.

It is stated that at the end of this tour, it is stated that "For New York departure, drop off is available to: EWR, JFK, and LGA airports. Please arrange your flights to depart after 7:00pm.". Normally, we are required to be at the airport 2 hours before the departure time. So, you estimate that we will reach the airport at around 5pm on the last day. Is this correct ?
Our flight is scheduled to take off from JFK at 8.55 pm. Do you think it is safe enough to catch this flight on the last day ??

As long as you arrange your departure flight after our recommended time frame (After 7:00pm) you should have no trouble in making your flight on time. The tour guide arranges airport drop off accordingly to allow guests sufficient time to prepare for their departure.
A flight scheduled from JFK at 8:55pm should be fine.

We would like to book the 3-day trip on May 24th, 2014. If the start and end location are all in Las Vegas, are there any extra charges? Also, because of our flight, we will arrive at the hotel at 8 p.m., so we can not check in at 3:30 p.m. Do you have any recommendation?

There will be no extra charge if the start and end location is in Las Vegas.
The tour guide will assist customers with hotel check in at 3:30pm. After the check-in process is completed, the tour guide will leave the hotel to conduct the optional night tour in Las Vegas.
If you are arriving after 3:30pm, you will not be able to check into the hotel by yourself as you would need to wait for the tour guide to assist you after the night tour is concluded. Usually the tour guide will return to the hotel at approximately 10:30pm. In this case, we suggest you deposit your luggage at the hotel and arrange the rest of the night on your own.
We can provide you with the contact information of the tour guide closer to your departure date, so that you can keep in touch with him/her upon your arrival to Las Vegas.
