There will be no discount if you leave the tour a few days before, which means you still need to pay the full tour cost for this, so it is not advisable. If you do not want to go to Niagara Falls, you may consider tour 47-650, if you join the tour with Friday departure, you may end at DC. We regretfully must inform you that we do not offer drop off service at any of the locations you have listed. The closest drop off location to Union Station would be at 600 N Broadway Los Angeles 90012. The departure time of the tour varies and depends on your departure location.
