We are traveling with our mom who is above 70 so we want to know if we will be checked in immediately after our pick up from the airport or we'll have to wait till 3 p.m. And if we have to wait, then do you have space to help us keep our luggage and rest? 2014-06-02 15:21:01 Dear Annie, Airport pick-up is free only between 9 a.m.- 11 p.m so 9:00am arrival time will be fine. Check-In time at the Hotels is after 3:00pm, so we are unable to transfer and you check you in early. There will not be a provided place for you to rest before check-in. You will have free time on your own until check in time begins. The hotel should be able to accommodate your luggage before 3:00pm. You may leave a note in the comment box when booking online requesting the first night hotel information. Once this is available, we can update you so that you can contact the hotel directly for luggage storage information. Q: Hi - I'm planning to have a trip in NY from June 21 to 25. So here are my questions: 1. Is the tour available from June 22-24? 2. Can you offer a hotel near the pick-up area of this tour on June 21 and 24 (this is when we are going back to NY right?)? 3. If you would like a hotel for a pre tour stay on June 21st, we recommend the following hotel which is a short distance from the Flushing Pick-up location for the 3 Day tour code 47-650: https://www.tours4fun.com/flushing-comfort-inn.html The 3 Day tour code # 47-650 will end on June 24th for departures that start on June 22nd. It will return to Flushing on June 24th usually between 8:00pm - 8:30pm, but there may be a possible 30-45 minute delay due to special circumstances such as bad weather conditions and traffic jams.
