Q: Hi! I just booked a tour for two this Sept 7 to 9. I'm just wondering if you guys can give me a detailed itinerary for the entire tour like at what time are we going to be in the hotel on day 1, what time we're meeting up to start days 2 and 3, etc. And if we take all the optional tours on day 2, is there still time left to go to Alcatraz or to meet up with relatives in the Bay area?

Please ask the tour guide when you join the tour for this. If you choose to take all the optional tours on day 2, there will be no free time during the day for yourself to arrange. So please come back and check with us by then. Usually Yellowstone tours will start in the beginning of May, and end in October, but this is subject to the weather condition. Please also note that usually we suggest our customers to book their flight after we confirmed the tour. This is because Yellowstone tours are popular during the summer and seats can be sold out fast. Thank you very much. But you can try to find a travel companion by yourself or by posting here, https://www.tours4fun.com/travel-companions/ The hotel we use in San Francisco will not be in downtown area, and usually it will take approximately 40 minutes to downtown from the hotel. So it would be inconvenient for you to go on a free trip by yourself. However, there will be some free time in the afternoon on the second day if you don't choose to join the optional tour. Regretfully we will not be able to provide you airport transfer service with extra cost. We can drop you off in Richmond, and you can arrange the transportation by yourself to the airport after that, usually it will take around 20 minutes from the dropoff location in Richmond to Vancouver airport. Q: We am a couple intending to arrive in Fairbanks via RV, staying at Rivers Edge Resort & RV park on the 10 Sep 2014 till 11 Sep 2014 and departing 12 Sep 2014. We are interested in an Arctic Circle tour and a Chena hot spring/Ice Museum tour to have a chance at viewing the Aurora Borealis Northern lights. May i know if there is a packaged deal on this itinerary that departs both days 10 Sep & 11 Sep in the afternoon till wee hours and if there will pick up available from my Fairbanks accomodation at the Rivers Edge Resort and RV park.
