Q: Hi, I have a travel business in India. I am planning a group tour to USA of 10 people in May 2022. I am suggesting a itinerary below. Please give me the best rate that can be possible. If this works for me , I will also do the West Coast with your company and thus we can be a good partner together for each other in every of my upcoming trips. I want a Grand East Coast Tour From New York City :- Day 1 ; Arrive at NewYork JFK airport from INDIA in the morning. Complimentary pick up from airport to hotel. Breakfast and Rest for the day. Day 2: Pick up from hotel after breakfast for New York city tour including admission to One World Trade Center Observatory and liberty cruise. Madame Tussauds not required. Drop at hotel Day 3 : Pick up from Hotel and leave for Philadelphia and Washington DC Tour. Night stay at Washington DC.(If you can add Potomac river cruise. Its not mandatory) Day 4 : Pickup from Hotel and leave for Niagara Falls including Maid of the Mist tour. Night stay at Niagara. Day 5 : Back to New York. Stay at New York Day 6 : Drop at JFK or La Guardia Everyday complimentary breakfast should be included.

Q: I would like to book your Aurora Hunting Tour for 4 Days and 3 Nights Accommodation. Can you please confirm the following: 1) Will there be breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided? If lunch and dinner are not provided, how can I purchase it during the day? 2) I can see that the start time is 4pm. However, I am likely to arrive at 10:40pm at Yellowknife Airport on the 24th August. Considering this timing, would you be able to pick me up at this time? I will be flying from Toronto and there are no earlier flights arriving to Yellowknife Airport. 3) Would pictures and videos taken by the tour guide be sent to me? I can see that pictures can be sent, but what about videos? 4) I will be catching a 6am flight from Yellowstone Airport, presumably on the 27th August 2021.
