I unfortunately did not know/forgot to leave a hotel information in the box when I just booked the tour. My friend and I intend to go on 12/26/2014 and obviously now I do not know the pick up location and time... (I live in Vegas so any bigger hotel where I can park my car would work...) ?!? Thanks in advance!

If you have already made a reservation for the tour 16-381, please email your Las Vegas hotel information along with the reservation number to our Customer Service at: [email protected].
Or, please check/reply to an email subjected as " Information Needed From Customer" from us. Usually we will contact customers when we do not have the needed information after the reservations are received.
Meanwhile, this tour offers a complimentary hotel pickup/drop off service at most major hotels on Las Vegas Strip. If you do not stay in a hotel, please provide us a hotel information which will be convenient for you to join the tour. We will arrange your pickup/drop off service accordingly.

Hello,
My wife and I want to take this tour but as far as we will finish our vacation on NY with this tour we need to take with us the all the luggage(carry-on and big one each) with us during this tour. Is this option feasible or not as I dont want to pay 3 days in the hotel just to keep them safe there.

Luggage's are permitted on the bus while traveling.
Each passenger is allowed to carry a standard luggage with a carry-on and can be stored in the luggage compartment of the bus.
In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc.
Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft or loss at any location.

Hello. I understand that meals are not included in the package. However, we're looking for vegetarian meals. Would the guide recommend us some good vegetarian foods and/or bring us to the location?
And when we choose the trip, we can choose Day 1 as anyday from Monday to sunday? Thank you

Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide, while on tour, at various restaurants, buffet areas, food courts, and fast food restaurants.
However, we cannot guarantee that each location will offer vegetarian options.
You will need to check with each location and ask for their vegetarian options. In additional, you are more than welcome to bring your own lunch with you while on tour
For day 1 we only offer a departure date of Sunday, Tuesday or Friday.

Hi, My husband and I are attending the Herbalife convention in LA which ends on Sunday 8 March. We will be checking out of our hotel by noon. Can we start our 8 day tour on the same date and to end the tour and be back in LA on the 16th. Our journey back to Malaysia is on the 16th out of LA airport. We may be joined by another couple.

You are able to start your tour on 3/8/15, we can offer a pick up at LAX airport only or you can self transfer to the first nights hotel.
The last day of the tour will be 3/15/15, where you can be dropped off at LAX airport or downtown Los Angeles.
If you need a hotel extension we can also offer assistance.

Hi,
On Day 3 to Grand Canyon, is it possible to top up a bit of money to join "tour code 16-381: 1-Day Bus Tour to Grand Canyon South Rim and Hoover Dam from Las Vegas" as i would like to spend more time in Grand Canyon and visit Hoover Dam which this tour does not include.
For the tour to Yosemite, what are the highlights that we will be visiting and will there be any stopovers for photo taking in these highlights or the whole journey will be on the bus?

We are sorry but you will not be able to combine tour 16-381 with tour 6-202 as you will need to follow the group of tour 6-202.
You will stop at highlights such as Tunnel View and El Capitan. You will get off the bus to walk around or take photos.

This tour does not offer airport pick up.
If you will arrive at SFO airport, you can book Ref Roof Inn hotel as an extension, which offers hotel shuttle back and to the airport.
You can join the tour from this hotel on the tour date at 8:00AM
