Hi,
My mom would like to visit her friend in Las Vegas and we're from L.A. I saw that you have an option for a round trip which is cheaper but what I want to know is if we need to put in a specific date for coming home or can we just put a temporary date and change it later on? What's your policy on this? Another question is, how many days before leaving L.A. do we have to purchase the ticket? Lastly, do you happen to have a customer service/reservation phone no. that we can call?

We would require you to select the specific date you wish to depart and return as we need to do arrange your transfers before.
If any changes need to be done to a reservation after booking, there will be at least a $30.00 amendment fee and we would double check if we still have availability for the date you have chosen.
Please submit your reservation at least one week in advance or as soon as you have confirmed your travel dates.

Your tour guide will arrange meal stops at various food courts/buffets and we cannot guarantee that Indian food will be available. You will need to check each menu at each meal stop for it's options.

1. Is it possible to drive us in our hotel instead of LAX after the tour is finished?
2. Can We book a room extension in Los Angeles after our stay in your hotel, I mean if we experience the service is good and we want to book hotel in LA after the tour finished, can we book two days before the tour ended?
3. If we choose West Grand Canyon, can we still change it to south Grand canyon one day before our schedule to Grand Canyon?

1. This tour offers LAX drop off at the end of Day 7, as we are unable to provide drop off to your hotel.
2. We recommend Comfort Inn Cockatoo LAX https://www.tours4fun.com/comfort-inn-cockatoo-lax.html) as post-tour hotel extension after your tour ends. It is close to LAX airport and you can get there by complimentary airport shuttle service after being dropped off at LAX airport when the tour ends.
You must pre-arrange this hotel and will not be able to add it through us during the tour duration.
3. We are planning for this tour during 2nd week of May. I want to ask if we can get the maid of mist boat ride during may 2nd week because preferable time is from June. So will the maid of mist be available in may?
