We are coming to new yorks in June. Do we need to pre book tours or can we wait till we get there an decide which tours we would like to do? We will be there for 2 weeks. We are coming from Australia

Hello! Was wondering if you do pick up at the hotel if it is located at Charles Ave. such as Blake Hotel (and drop me off as well after the Oak Alley tour)or do I have to go strictly to the aforementioned pickup location which is 400 Toulouse St.?

I plan to travel from 13 Feb - 15Feb 2015. What if the weather at that time is bad (still heavy snow) and your tour cannot run, what is your refund policy?

What is the castle in the lake image at the top of this page, I don't remember seeing this on our tour?
Also why are you using an image taken from the Canada side of the falls when you only deal with the USA side of the falls?

The castle in the lake is a picture of Thousand Islands. We will visit Thousand Islands during summer (April to October). During winter time, we will go to Amish Village instead, due to the cold weather.
This tour will visit the Falls at US side only, but customers can take the Maid of Mist during summer. We are using the picture to show customers the view of Maid of Mist. We are sorry if there is any confusion caused by the picture. Our product team will check and update the pictures to avoid any future confusion.
