Before I finalize our itinerary, i would like to know and/or clarify the following: We will be arriving LAX on 17 October and will stay at Holiday Inn LAX from Oct. 17-20. We intend to take your Universal Studios @@plush; L.A By Night Tour on Oct 19 (Sunday) and your 3-Days Las Vegas Grand Canyon Tour staring on on Oct. 21 (ending Oct. 23). We wish however, to end this tour in Las Vegas as our departure city before going to Houston, TX on 24th Oct. Since this tour ends on Oct. 23, can you make an arrangement for us for additional one night hotel extension on Oct. 23? Lastly, since its our first time in LA, and not familiar with the place, we opted to booked at Holiday Inn LAX which near the airport. Can you make arrange our tour package based on our given available dates, and can you pick us up from this hotel for the above tours? If affirmative, kindly send me the tour codes that i have to book or you may send me an invoice(bill) for the total costs of the above tours so i can make the necessary payment and finalize my travel itinerary.
