This is for the 3-day package tour from Los Angeles - Las Vegas - Grand Canyon. Is the helicopter ride from Grand Canyon or Las Vegas? Also, if we opt for helicopter ride, do we still pay for the Mandatory fee of West Rim?

Hey, are you guys still open for business? When I went to the site, it promised me a 5% coupon in my email but I never got that. Also, I am unable to contact you guys. I am planning a trip to Arizona. If I book something on your site, will that suddenly get canceled? I need a 100% assured reservation as I am coming in this December only.
