Q: Hi I'm looking at booking 3 adults on to this tour on the 2nd May. We all have UK Passports and have sorted our ESTAs out will we require any documents for entering Canada?

Q: Hello there, Me and my parents are going to book this tour for May 4th to 7th. We have a problem with the flight schedule that we are looking for. The flight will land in Las Vegas at 3.30 pm and we have to meet the tour guide at 3.30 pm in the hotel. Is there any way of arranging a late pickup from the hotel. Please let us know if there is any other option option. We really want to go on on this tour and from May 4th to 7th are the only days that fits in our schedules. 2015-02-13 18:02:29 Dear Dasuni, You can start the tour on May 4th, but if you arrive late you will need to catch up with the tour guide on day 1 to do the Las Vegas tour, or you can have the first day as a free day and explore Las Vegas on your own. Tour code 183-4963 will end at 6:30 pm and the tour group on the last day will be driving from Golden, you will not be able to make a cruise departure leaving at 3:00 pm. If we are not able to arrange a pickup directly from your hotel, we will arrange the closest location to where you will be staying for your convenience. Please just leave us a message in the comments section providing us with the hotel/ address you will be staying at in Manhattan to allow us to arrange the most convenient pickup location for your departure. Q: Hello, I'm interested in this 3 day tour. There is a problem with the flight arrangement that we looking for (from May 4th to May 7th). Here you have said that we should meet the tour guide at 3.30 on May 4th at the hotel. But the flight arrives in Las Vegas at 3.33 pm. This is the cheapest flight I can get.
