Q: Hi read some of the reviews on your tours as well as those by take tours, LL tours and tripleasure. seems like all itineries are almost similar. are the tours usually a combined ones with one agency running the tours? the reviews posted in your website seems all 100% and excellent, however the similar tours posted in LL Tours website were very bad and disastrous, telling everyone to beware of these cheap tours. can you confirm that hotels are as stated in your website and in the 4 star category and not 1-2 hours out of the city aera and run down motels. In addition will we be forced to take whatever optional tours that is proposed by the guides? will there be sufficient free time for us to explore some of the cities that we will be visiting in particular time to walk around niagara falls, maybe visit the casinos as well as sufficient time for some shopping. We usually book 3-4 star rated hotel accommodations that are about 1 hour away from main highlight cities visisted as part of the itinerary. Customers are not required to pay for optional tours unless they choose to participate. At Niagara Falls, your tour guide will allow free time to enjoy the falls and take scenic pictures. The 2nd night hotel is subject to final confirmation. Normally we can confirm it to you when we process your online reservation. The hotel listed is only for reference. Generally, the hotels booked in the Maryland/ Virginia area will be approximately 1 hour away from Washington D.C. Our seat arrangement policy is "first come, first served" on the 1st day and the seat assignments are rotated daily by the tour guide for the following days.
