2015-03-28 06:02:12 Dear Elena, Thank you for your inquiry. Airport pick up is available at EWR, JFK, or LGA airport. Airport pick-up is free only between 8:30am-10:00pm (flight landing time). Your tour escort will leave the airport at 11:00pm, so please meet him or her before 11:00pm. This tour includes 4 night hotel accommodations. If we make the reservations from New Zealand and pay with our credit card from here, will you send us E-Tickets or do we have to have a mailing address in the US for tickets to be mailed to. also is it possible for us to purchase tickets and make bookings for this tour about a month in advance.
