 Hello, Recently I became confined to a wheelchair and I am wondering if your tours are suitable? I would need wheelchair access to a van with a ramp for travel and wheelchair access to the wineries. If you are unable to offer a service do you know another tour provider that caters for disabled people? Many thanks, Miles.

Dear Miles, Please Note: The disabled traveler must be able to walk up and down the stairs of the motor coach when boarding as the bus will not be equipped with a wheelchair lift. We also recommend that there be someone in your group to help assist you when needed. ​You are welcomed to bring a folding wheelchair, please do leave a note in the comment box when placing your reservation online that you intend to bring this along with you. Dear Winn Lam, Thank you for your interest in Tours4Fun! 1. The dates in bold are the tour departure dates, if you depart on July 3rd, the tour will end on July 9th. 2. "Buy 2 Get 2 Free" is when the third and fourth guest joins the tour for FREE (excluding applicable entrance fees) on a shared room basis. The system will automatically calculate this discount when applicable, based on your lodging selection in the "Book now" section. 3. Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. The affected customer will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. However, please keep in mind that should this happen, it would be under very special and rare circumstances, because we will try our best to accommodate our customers travel needs. The bus can accommodate 40-55 passengers. 4. Please speak with your tour guide to inquire if you can pay for all of the attractions at once when you board the bus as this depends on your particular tour guides arrangement. To view the tour's available dates, simply locate the reservation step 1 on the upper right hand corner of the tour's information page and scroll through the different available dates per month on the reservation calendar to view the tour's available dates shown in bold print.​​ ​​ You can complete all the steps and click on book now to place your order for the tour online. Usually, we use 3-star hotels or similar hotel standards as our group hotel for this tour. We can only decide which hotel to use according to the number of customers and room availability when it is close to departure date. Sometimes, if the seats are sold out on the departure date, we can decide the hotel more quickly. As soon as the hotel is confirmed, we can send you a follow up upon your email request.
