I have question on 11 day tour starting on 06/17/2015.
After being picked up from the airport on Day 1 Morning, are we taken to hotel straight? What is the plan for the rest of the day on Day 1 since the tour seems to be starting on Day 2? Are we free to see the city on our own?
On day 11, can we stay in the same hotel additional night and check out on 28th?
In that case will you provide airport shuttle on 28th, a day after Day 11?

1.Yes, day 1 will be spent on picking up customers arriving at CDG airport between 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and transferring them to the hotel. Please check with your tour guide before you arrange your own free time on day 1.
2.On day 11 after the tour ends, hotel extension is not available. You will need to book the hotel on your own. We will not be able to arrange airport transfer if you stay extra day in Paris.

You do not need to book the optional tours for this product at the time of booking. Please directly pay the tour guide while you are on tour.
Meals are not included in this tour package. Customers can bring their own meals or the tour guide will arrange meal stops at fast food restaurants, food courts or food buffets.
Each guest is then responsible for purchasing their own meals.

We are staying in Roslynn, does the trolley go out there for pickup? Or is there a nearby pickup?
We are also concerned about parking our car, is it available if we have to drive there?

we are landing in new york on the 24th june by 12 noon and we wanted to start the tour from 25th june. we need the hotel one day prior to the tour in new york and one day after the tour in buffalo could you advice me accordingly and tell us which hotel we will be put in both the places

2.)if we can book through you some excluded part such as mount titlis cable car, etc.
3.) the tour would be english.

5.) we plan to reach Paris by 21st may 2015 evening and book our return flight for 4th june 2015
6.) We have got our schengen visa from german consulate but our first point of entry will be paris, france, i hope that wont be an issue

1) Currently, we do not have seats available on May 22nd. 4 seats are available on June 5, but it's subject to our final confirmation. As our European tour packages usually sells quite well, we are unable to confirm the seats until we receive the full payment of your booking.
2)We are unable to provide any customized tour product at present.
3) The guide will conduct the tour in English.
4) If you book tour 56-60946, you do not need to worry about the connecting stay between separate tours. For the separate tour packages, we need to check with the local tour operator if hotel extension could be offered or not.
5) We suggest our customers book their flight after their booking is confirmed.
6) Please speak with your local embassy regarding documentation you will need to travel.
