Q: Hi, my daughter and I are interested in this 9 days tour package (tour date Aug 11-19). we will be flying in from Pittsburgh to New York on Aug 8 and would like to stay in a hotel near Time Square till Aug 11. After the tour, please drop us at JFK airport for heading back to Singapore. We would like to know whether you can arrange airport pickup on Aug 8 to our hotel. we have not decided which hotel to book yet. Regarding the meeting point, since we are planning to stay around Time square, can we meet the tour guide at Time Square instead of China Town or Airport etc... please advice Thank you and Regards,

If you arrange your own pre tour hotel extension, you will need to self transfer to your pre tour hotel. However, if you book this tour package with a pre tour hotel extension beginning with code "33-" on our site located in FLU/JFK/LGA/NJ areas, we can offer one free airport pick-up per order in JFK, LGA or EWR Airport, and we will transfer you to the hotel you booked. Q: Is there a cloakroom facility at Hotels mentioned by you in Newyork? I need to to come back to Newyork and I have lot of luggage which I do not want to carry during the tour. Can I keep some bags in hotel cloakroom and collect them when I stay in that hotel on the last day of my journey.
