We'll be staying at a hotel near the Vancouver airport, how far is the bus pick up point and what highway to take and how many minutes driving time? Is there a safe designated parking for our rental car for those 2 days while we are joining the tour. Thanks.
Dear Romy,
The nearest designated pick-up point from the Vancouver airport area is as follows:
2.66 miles away
5300 No 3 Road #100, Richmond, BC V6X 2X9, Canada
(Richmond East Entrance of Lansdowne Mall)
7:20am
You can utilize the following linnk to view directions:
https://www.google.com/maps/dir/5300+Number+3+Rd+%23100
We recommend to take a independent taxi service on the tour start date to join on time and inquire with your hotel, if you can leave the car there.
There may be a few paid parking facilities in the area around the pickup location, but we will not be able to directly advise you of any specific facilities, as it will be your responsibility to ensure you select a safe and reliable parking location if you choose to leave your car at any location overnight or longer.
Best Regards,
Teiyana

Dear Marva,
The buses used are not equipped with a wheelchair lift. Guest must be able to board on and off the bus on their own.
Customers are allowed to travel with a fold able wheelchair, which would be kept in a compartment underneath the bus.
Best Regards,
Alex
