My wife and I plan to go for this tour on 03-04 Oct 2015. Is the tour 100% confirmed departure?
If the departure date is changed by Tours4Fun and I am not able to join the tour, will I get 100% refund back?
If I am not interested in the Corning Museum of Glass, do I still need to pay the admission fee?

Currently this tour is available for booking for the date you have specified.
All bookings are subject to final confirmation usually within 24-48 hours after we receive your booking.
Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. The affected customer will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. However, please keep in mind that should this happen, it would be under very special and rare circumstances, because we will try our best to accommodate our customers travel needs.
You do not have to take the optional tours, but you are highly recommended to because the optional tours are usually selected attractions or places of interest which you should not miss in order to have a more enjoyable travel experience.

I'd noticed that it's approx 70 mins in the air...so what happens the rest of the time? How long for photo stop?
I'll be staying at MGM grand. Will there be a pickup stop there?
Where are the flight schedules? What time are these tour avail from?

The total tour duration is approximately 3 hours from pick-up to drop off.
Aside from the flight time, you are also briefed on safety procedures before flight, which is apart of the time.
Currently, pick-up is available from the MGM Grand hotel. Please note your hotel information in the comment box when placing your reservation online so we can arrange pick-up accordingly.
Regarding the flight times, you will be displayed a choice of flight times on the booking check out page.

We each have one piece of standard 23kg luggage plus hand luggage. Can your bus accommodate?
Also what type of bus coach is used? Is it air-conditioned? Are there washrooms on board? Is there complimentary wifi on board?
Will the tour commentaries be in English?

Usually, for Tours4Fun multi-day tours, two pieces of standard-sized luggage including one carry-on are generally accepted per passenger. The average luggage size is no more than 62 inches when adding the width, length and height of your luggage piece and weighs no more than 50 pounds.
The capacity of most tours (2 or more days) for a standard commercial coach is between 50 and 60 people. Again the size of the tour group varies depending on the popularity of a specific tour and the time of the year when the tour is scheduled to depart.
The bus is equipped with climate controlled air conditioning, reclining seats, individual reading lights, storage compartments, monitors and a restroom. We cannot guarantee you will get bus with WiFi.
This is a bilingual tour in both Chinese and English.

what about the final destination in New york, is it Chinatown?

Meals are usually not included in the total tour package price and will have to be paid for through the course of the tour. Breakfast is not included but you will always have the option to eat at the hotel before you depart for the tour. Please note that you will be responsible for those charges before hotel checkout.

You should meet the tour guide at 3:30 pm at Circus Circus Hotel, if you want join the optional city tour of Las Vegas. Otherwise, you will have the rest of the night to explore on your own.
Customers who arrive at the hotel after 3:30 pm may not have the hotel check-in until the tour guide return at around 10:30 PM-11:30 PM from the city tour of Las Vegas.

Service fee for tour guide/driver is a mandatory fee because tour guides and drivers rely upon the service fees charged on the tour to supplement their income.
The wages of tour guides and drivers are determined factoring in that they will receive service fees to augment their earnings. Customer should pay at least the recommended service fee because the tour guides and drivers work hard to accommodate many people on the tour.
This tour is in English and we advise you per person paying about 10% of the tour fee to the tour guide.
We offer free pick-up at major hotels in Brisbane, please leave the name and full address of your hotel in order to arrange your pick up accordingly.
