Q: I want to surprise my daughters with this trip. One is 23 yrs old and the other one is 17 years old. they both have US passports and birth certificates. will it be ok for my 17 year old to travel with her 23 year old sister, both have the same last name. And when purchasing is the 17 year old considered a child? I say yes according to your policy but I want to make sure.
