Hi, I'm in China until we return in October...so need to Q&A by email 1. I can't see if tours (October dates) leave daily and/or if different start days if 6day vs 7 day ie PC-208-5720 PC-46-2966 PC-46-147 2. What is the last date (prior to start) to add free 3rd&4th person OR can book 4 people and can cancel 3rd/4th persons ?X ?days prior without fees. 2. If we take the 'red-eye from LAX and arrive NY at 6AM we will need to wait until 9AM to obtain hotel transport, right? 3. If we arrive 6AM and go into NYC we can meet in NYC to transfer to hotel,righ? (location depending on Product code) What time????? 208-5720Passengers who do not need airport pick-up service can join the tour at following address:**Holiday Inn Soho: 138 Lafayette St.New York, NY 10013 What time???46-147)**Customers who arrive before 1:00 p.m. at LGA and JFK and meet at the airport baggage claim area will transfer (TIME?) to Flushing for lunch and shopping. Dear Stephen, The 46-2966 tour is currently only being operated in October with departure every Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. To view start dates for each of the tours, click on the start date field found under the tour price on the upper right hand corner of the tour page. The tour's available dates will be listed in bold black print. Any changes (i.e. date, location, tour, etc.) made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online will be subject to a minimum $30.00 Amendment Fee (per change). The $30.00 Amendment Fee also applies to such changes when an additional passenger is added onto an existing reservation. Seats will be confirmed within one to two business days. To cancel a customer from a reservation, the regular Cancellation Policy will apply. Please see below: Cancellation Made Within 7 Days Prior to Departure Date 8-14 Days Prior to Departure Date 15-29 Days Prior to Departure Date 30 or More Days Prior to Departure Date Cancellation Fee 100% of Booking Price 50% of Booking Price 25% of Booking Price 10% of Booking Price ***Cancellations of the Free Passenger(s) within 10 days of tour departure and No-shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a penalty fee per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide in order to participate on the tour. Yes, you would have to wait until 9:00AM to for the first transfers arranged out of the airports on the first day of the tour. If you arrive in New York City between 8:00 a.m. and 4:15 p.m., our local agency can accommodate your luggage. Please self-transfer to Chinatown (48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013) to deposit your luggage (please carry valuables) and then you can arrange your day from there. Please return before 4:15 p.m. to transfer to your hotel. For the 208-5720 tour, the pickup time out of the Holiday Inn Soho will be subject to reconfirmation with the tour guide with the time confirmed 1-2 days prior to departure. Dear Melissa, The difference is about the order of itinerary. One tour is reverse of the other one. You can check the overview section. For the entrance fees, please refer to the pricing section-package excludes. The closest meeting point is: In front of Dragon City Mall 280 Spadina Ave., Toronto. Hi, Will be travelling to Canada on the 23rd Sept. Am planning to take this tour starting on 25th. will we be seeing all 3 cities ( QUEBEC, MONTREAL and OTTAWA) ? Also we live in Dubai, will we be charged in USD o equivalent in AED? Will be staying Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Center, which will be the nearest pick up point and how long will the bus wait just in case we are late?
