Our tour coaches are not equipped with a wheelchair lift or ramps.
If the person with a disability can walk up and down the bus stairs and the wheelchair can be folded and stored underneath the bus in the luggage compartment, there should not be any problem for the individual to join the tour.
We will try to arrange for him/her to be seated in the front of the bus.
Please make a note of the disability in the "Reservation Request" section when you book the tour online.

I'm planning to go on a trip in February 2016.
I have a question about the return on the last day: will the tour be on time at LAX? Or: if I schedule my flight back to New York at 9:45, could it be possible that I will not be able to catch the flight?

The tour will usually end in Los Angeles at 7:00-8:00 PM.
If you wish to fly out of LAX on that same day, please make sure to arrange your U.S. domestic flight to depart after 9:30 p.m. or your international flight to depart after 10:30 p.m.

Hi ! i will be staying at Circus Hotel and intend to check out the hotel at the time we depart which is 5.00 am.
As such, is it possible if i bring along my cabin size luggage in the bus?
i have a flight to catch at 10.30 pm after the tour ends. Is this workable?

The tour bus does not allow passengers to carry any luggage due to the security check when passing through the Hoover Dam.
The tour usually ends around 5 p.m., it's also subject to daily traffic and weather condtions.
You will need to arrange your own transportation to the airport after the tour ends.
