Dear Sanath,​​ ​​ Due to the storage limitation of the motor coach, we recommend each customer to take one standard check-in luggage and one carry-on bag. ​​ Baggage may not exceed 45 linear inches (or 114 cm) in combined length, width and height, including any handles and wheels and weigh no more than 50ibs in weight. ​​ Luggage can be kept in the under carriage of the tour bus while you site see during the day, and you will remove the luggage each night when you check-into the group hotel. In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. If you will be traveling with luggage outside of the specifications we have provided you above, please leave a note in the comment box when placing your reservation online. Dear Yiching, Thanks for your inquiry. Regrettably, the tour will only offer a pickup out of the Fairbanks area hotels between 1:15pm and 2:00pm. We do not advise you bring more than a small carry on bag with you on the tour as the vehicle used will only seat about 7 travelers, and there will be not space for larger pieces of luggage. The tour will end back at the same hotel you are picked up from returning back at 4:00 am the next morning.
