We are thinking about booking this Bus tour for September. What time do we need to arrive at LAX or it doesn't matter what specific time of arrival. Is the the hotel included in all nightly stopovers or is there an extra cost. Is transfers from the airport to hotels and from the hotel to the airport at the end.

LAX Pick-up Time and Schedule
We offer one complimentary airport transfer from LAX to your hotel for each reservation. We offer complimentary transfers for:
* Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:00pm
* International arrival transfers between 8:30am - 9:30pm
As long as your arrival time is within these time frames, that's fine.
9-night hotel accommodations are included in the tour package, no extra charge for the rooms.
On tour day 1, we can pick you up at LAX and at the end of the tour, we can drop you off at LAX. If you wish to fly out of the LAX airport on the same day, please book a U.S. domestic flight after 9:30pm and international flight after 10:30pm.
To place your order for a reservation online, simply select your desired tour start date and the number of rooms you need/ travelers you are booking for on the upper right portion of the tour information page, then click on "BOOK NOW".

The King George Hotel is not on our available pickup list and the closest start location for the tour to the property will only be about 3-5 minutes walking distance away. (0.1 mile):

Usually, we provide air-conditioned deluxe tour coach for this tour. However, depending on the number of guests on the day, we may need to adjust the ground transportation to a mini-bus or a van. Therefore, we are unable to confirm whether or not to be able to accommodate your full luggage. To be safe, when you make the reservation online, please clearly note in the "reservation request" area with the number of your luggage. We will need to confirm with our Operation Department.
For your request to be dropped off in San Jose, as long as you leave us a note in advance, we will be able to inform our Operation Department to confirm and arrange accordingly.
