 We are planning the 6 days "6-Day Bus tour to Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, Niagara Falls and Thousand Islands (Product Code: 2103-17856) " for January of 2017.  Hi We are 3 couples from India planning to take tour 2-63147 around Sept 21/22 or Sept 28/29.. 2 couples (4 Pax) will join from Los Angeles and 1 couple (2 Pax) will join from Las Vegas. Will we get the benefit of buy 2 get 1 free on this tour and if this is available then what will be the cost to us. Please inform whether we get 3 rooms under this deal.

Hello Harish, Thank you for choosing Tours4Fun. The buy 2 get 1 free pricing will apply if you have 3 travelers booked in 1 room and each room will have 2 double beds. You can choose to book 3 rooms with 2 guests in each, but the total package price will be higher than if you book 2 rooms with 3 travelers in each. If you are placing your reservations separately, please include notes in the reservation request section referencing your co-travelers' reservation numbers to allow us to ensure that you will travel together on the same bus. If you choose to place one reservation for the 3 couples, please include your request to join out of Las Vegas and Los Angeles in the same reservation request section to allow us to arrange this for your booking.  I saw someone posted about a May 27th tour where they wanted pick up from the cruise terminal and drop off at the hotel. They were concerned about luggage. I am wondering if you were able to accommodate their luggage for them? I am in the same situation. I will not have time to get my luggage to the hotel and be picked up there in time for the tour, but your 1 day city tour with the bridge sounds great. Would we be able to make this work out? I could bring locks for my luggage if you are concerned with property loss. I will likely have two larger suitcases and a couple backpacks. We would be booking the tour for July 1st.

Hello Sarah, Thank you for choosing Tours4Fun. Generally, our 1 day tours do not have large amounts of storage and the most they can accommodate is 1 carry on. Any additional luggage might result in additional fees, so please include the number of bags you will have in the reservation request section when placing your order online to allow us to check if this can be accommodated. Regrettably, we do not have a direct drop-off at the BUF airport however, you have the option to leave the tour early and arrange your transportation to the BUF airport instead of catching the bus back to New York City.
