Double price will always apply to the first two people in a room. e.g. 2 adults +1 child = 2 x double price + 1 kid price. The 11-year old will be considered an adult. The third guest joins the tour for FREE except for an application fee of $145 on share room basis. Since you are a party of 7, we suggest to get 2 rooms for the tour. Dear Gary, Thank you for your inquiry at Tours4Fun. The hotel accommodation for the tour will be at Red Roof Inn Laurel or similar. Hotel information can be provided one day before the start date. You will be able to sit with your wife on the bus. Seats are assigned on a first booked, first assigned basis. Note that seats will also be rotated by the guide daily. Currently, the pick up for the tour is available on the 22nd of June 2016. We do have limited seats available on certain dates. We suggest you make your reservation now to secure your space on your desired departure date.
