We can confirm the hotel information within 1-2 days prior to the tour start date. You may check with the hotel directly if you can pay with credit card for the meals. Optional tours and the admissions are payable in cash (CAD) directly with the tour guide. Passengers who choose to pay in USD, will need to pay the price difference resulting from the currency exchange rate. Regrettably, this tour does not offer hotel pick up. You can join the group either at claim belt #3 for Domestic arrivals or “Welcome Figures” wooden statue in Arrival Hall for International arrivals or do self transfer to the first night hotel. Even if you are camping, the charging would be available for you as well. The bus does not have an access to the charging of devices or smartphones and will not have bathrooms on board.
