The wages of tour guides and drivers are determined factoring in that they will receive service fees to augment their earnings. Dear Ivy, Thank you for choosing Tours4fun. On the first day of the tour, if you arrive around noon time, you will need to conatct the tour guide and see where to meet the group in New York. Tour guide information will be available one day before tour departure. If you missed the tour for any reasons, we will not be responsible for it, but you can also self transfer to first night hotel to wait for the group. We can provide you post-tour hotel extension. Please leave us a note when booking online and inform us your departure airport name, we will recommend the hotel extension accordingly. Usually it's available from May to October every year. We suggest you to consider a different tour pacakge without Yellowstone National Park.
