How do you book onto to all of the extra activities? Do you pay cash to the driver on the day (as seen on other tours) or do we simply join a queue and pay at the attraction once we arrive? Do we have advanced bookings so don't queue? Are there guides?
Also, what is the situation with meals please?

For the optional admissions or activities on the tour, the guide will collect the fees in advance usually. You will need to pay cash to the guide when you are on the tour.
You will have a tour guide on this package.

We are booked on a 7 day Alaskan cruise on May 21-28, 2017 but will be in Seattle on
15 May after another cruise. After arriving in Seattle we are planning to take the 5 day
Canadian Rocky Mountain tour with you from Seattle on same day 15 May and ends in
Vancouver.
1. When will you have the schedule available for that period and how much is the cost?
2. We are two couples travelling and we are Australian citizens. Do we need ETA visa?
We are joining your tour from Seattle by coach.
On Canadian government ETA website, it says ETA is not required if travelling by land or sea. It's only required for tourists from Visa exempted countries flying to Canada.
3. How much is the additional cost if we choose the Chateau Lake Louise or it's not
included in this tour?

If I wanted to take this tour on 7th October 2017 82-5374, and arrived at EWR at 5:15pm, would i be picked up and taken to hotel for first nights accommodation? I would be too late for the 4:30pm optional New york night tour. Thank you.

The tour offers meetings points as drop off locations.
You may end the tour in Chinatown, and take a Taxi service to the airport.
Please book flights after midnight if you decide to depart on the last day of the tour. To minimize any risk of missing flights scheduled, it would be advisable to book departure flights to leave out the day after the tour ends.
You can also consider booking your flights from Las Vegas and self dismiss the tour before check out time on the last day.
