The hotel for the stay - is it going to be the same for all 4 days of the tour or it will change every day?
If not, do we need to check-in/check-out every day and carry our luggage all around while doing the sight seeing?

We will try to have all 3 nights at the same location however we cannot guarantee as it will depend on the hotel availability.
If so then you will need to check in/check out, and put all luggage's in the luggage compartment.

Is there a pick up from 125 west 45th street manhattan? What happens on the tour. Do we drive around the Canadian and US falls for how long and then have a 20 minute boat ride? We are looking at going in June 2017.

You will be transferred to a motorcoach bound for the nearby town of Niagara Falls, where you'll enjoy a fully-guided tour of both the American and Canadian side.
The Maid of the Mist boat ride will spend 30 minutes- 1 hour.
You will normally end the tour between 6-7 PM, arriving back at your hotel until around 10PM
