The hotels are standard hotels, and once you have created the booking, we can add up your request (such as your preferred floor, with a lift or elevator). With regards to your luggage, there are hotel staff that can assist you in carrying it to your room. As for luggage, normally our local tour operator allows 1 luggage per person.
