Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am working here in Saudi Arabia, and my friend and I are planning to travel to the US this coming July. Another friend has recommended your company since she had a good experience with you when she travelled to Europe. We would like to avail of this tour: 5-Day East Coast Economical Tour: New York, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Niagara Falls, Boston from New York (Product Code: 82-15934). But since this is going to be the very first for me and my friend to take one in the US, we are quite confused and somewhat nervous...hope you understand. We could fly from Riyadh,KSA to Newark. I have a sister in New Jersey who might be able to pick us up from the airport...although I haven't confirmed with her yet. As much as I understand, the Start City of this tour can be Newark or New York. My questions are: - So does that mean that the hotel where we can be booked in can be in Newark also? And whatever that hotel would be, the tour bus will pick us up from there, and bring us back after, until the very last day of the entire tour? - Are we the ones who would be choosing the hotel? - Since I haven't started with anything yet on this tour, I do not have any idea on how to pay for it. Is it supposed to be by credit card only? - Does the tour start at any day, depending on what the traveller chooses? First night hotel can only be confirmed 1 day before tour departure but usually it's in New Jersey area for this tour. We provide airport pickup service for this tour from EWR airport and we will transfer you to the hotel afterwards. You will be picked up from the hotel the next day to continue the tour but we will not end at the hotel on the last day. Here's our drop-off information, 【Drop Off】 For departure from Logan International Airport(BOS), please book the fights after 1:30pm. For departure from NYC airports (JFK,LGA,EWR), please book the flights after 7:00pm.
